Come join Intuit as a Senior Product Manager in the Small Business Group – QuickBooks POS (Point of Sale) team. We connect small businesses with the POS and Payments products that help them grow. In this role you’ll be working closely with our strategic partners to build world class products and lead the strategy for the next generation of the iPad-based QuickBooks POS solution. Representing nearly $100M of revenue, POS is an important part of Intuit’s vision to Fuel Small Business Success. Responsibilities
- Build deep customer empathy to understand problems we could and should solve for SMBs
- Design and bring to market customer-driven, revenue-generating software products
- Identify market opportunities through qualitative and quantitative customer & market research
- Prioritize customer needs and develop product road-maps
- Lead, create and launch market-leading product features in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, user experience and care
- Work with business development to deliver product and customer experiences through POS partners
- Own the product life cycle from requirements gathering through production and release
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings
- Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to think analytically and lead complex projects simultaneously
- Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience
- Bachelors degree in a technical major (or equivalent technical acumen) required, MBA preferred
