Senior Product Manager

Purpose of the role:

We’re excited about our rapid growth and expanding our great technical team. The product manager owns all aspects of the Adthena product while being part of a small team in a fast growing company.

Job responsibilities and tasks:

  • Overall ownership of the Adthena product
  • Clearly understand and champion Adthena customer needs
  • Ensure that user feedback informs the development process of the product
  • Provide thought leadership for competitive intelligence solutions for digital marketing
  • Create and analyse business cases for new products
  • Successfully launch new products in conjunction with sales, marketing, finance and engineering
  • Ensure that sales, training and marketing teams perfectly understand product positioning and key benefits
  • Work closely with engineering and management to deliver successful products on time
  • Make the tough decisions! – Prioritise features and resolve technical issues
  • Attend industry conferences and meet regularly with clients to understand market trends and client needs
  • Continuously measure and report the product performance against KPIs

Job requirements:

  • At least 3+ years experience in product management in a digital marketing or technology company
  • Deep experience with SEM – PPC and SEO technologies
  • Previously demonstrated thought leadership and product vision in the SEM arena
  • A strong passion for technology and working in a small fast-paced tech business
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects from inception to launch
  • Proven experience with product management principles and best practice
  • Strong financial literacy and demonstrated analytical skills building business models and performance analysis
  • Solid experience with product marketing for tech products
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree and fluent in English
