Head of Product at REalyse.
What you will be doing:
As a Head of Product at REalyse you will be responsible for determining when, how and why projects are undertaken. By understanding what is viable, what is desirable and what is valuable you will shape and manage product delivery to maximise ROI both in the short term and the long term. You will be speaking with clients and astutely interpreting their feedback and pain points into solutions. You will be working extensively with the CTO, CEO and CRO on strategy, planning resources as well as reporting on progress and setting deliverable milestones. Over time you will begin to build a team around you to support the continued growth of the business.
Your background:
Ideally you will have 8+ years of experience B2B SaaS product management and be able to clearly demonstrate taking complex solutions to a successful conclusion, from first interviews to tracking success metrics. If possible an understanding or experience in real estate development/investment or with data visualization products is an advantage.
What you will be paid:
The salary will be competitive based on your location. In the UK we are targeting £70-£80k plus stock options . The company is now a distributed business with a hub in London and so applicants from anywhere within +-4hrs of GMT are welcome. We do adjust salaries based on the cost of living in your location.
What we need you to know:
A strong background B2B SaaS product management is a must. Proven experience of working the full product lifecycle whilst taking the needs of business and clients into account. We currently use Jira and Confluence and are happy to use whatever are your favourite product management tools.
Where you’ll fit:
You’ll be reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the CTO and CRO to shape the product in the right way. To start with you will have no direct line management reports, however over time you may start to manage a team of product owners and other resources as the company expands.

The company has about 25 team members based in the London office, and roughly doubles in size each year since it was started in 2016. The company is backed by a range of venture capital, private equity and financial services firms.
