We’re currently looking to hire a product person to join us as our first Product Manager.
Tada is a pre-funding early stage start-up that will be creating and reinventing the leisure competition platform competition by using innovative gaming methods and exciting prizes, with a potential market of millions.
We’re on a mission to make winning and playing to win fun. Our goal? Create innovative games and a place where adults can hang out socialise, play games and win dream prizes.
Develop business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each new feature.
Create product road maps based on company strategy, vision and provide day-to-day direction to cross-functional teams to ensure growth objectives are met, including market share, user engagement, revenue and return on investment.
Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products and new features.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and executable tasks. Prioritize tasks based on business and user impact.
Develop and appraise product lines and pitches for market and production viability, including reference to production costs and anticipated market demand.
Be a voice of the customer within the business
Strive every day to ensure the product is more loved by customers than it was the day before
On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the Managing Director to prioritise, implement and measure the uptake and success of the products.
Experience of working at a fast-scaling start-up
Drive execution by running product development with a digital cross-functional team Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Translate the ideas of the managing director to the technical team and measure the impact with the target audience
Who are you?
You’re able to demonstrate deep commercial experience in Product Management delivering products in cross functional teams from inception to delivery to market & validation.
You’re an experienced People Lead. You have led a team of at least 2-3 people and are comfortable setting and reviewing goals & objectives, having regular feedback sessions, motivating, training and directing your team whilst looking after daily people operations – crucially you will enjoy this aspect of your role.
You’re able to effectively communicate product decisions and rationale to stakeholders, internally and externally.
You’re willing and able to be hands on but equally know when to step back and co-ordinate.
You’re data focused and have experience working with qualitative and quantitative customer insights and data to inform decisions
Change doesn’t faze you; you take the rough with the smooth and take people with you on that journey.
You’re energetic, creative, curious and confident.
You get on with everyone and anyone and adapt your style to communicate most effectively with them.
You’re full of ideas, are not shy about expressing them and get excited about executing them.
You have a positive attitude, and work well under pressure.
Experience of using Asana as project management tool.
3+ years product management or product design experience
Noted experience with cross-functional team leadership, including planning and monitoring performance metrics for projects and personnel.
Time – Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention-to-detail, timeliness, and deadline-oriented supports.
Prior long-term remote team experience.
Effective communication style in working with various stakeholders across business functions.
Strong product instincts to drive a clear product vision, product roadmap and competitive analysis, and build a product that is both user friendly and beautiful
Exceptional documentation skills
Experience working with design colleagues to deliver best-in-class user experiences that deliver both value and delight
Proven work experience in product management or related practical or educational experience.

Please note that for the time being we are a remote first business and therefore you will be working remotely and there is no salary until funding is confirmed but equity will be transferred in appreciation for this pre-funding commitment to Tada.
