Into Film is an education charity that puts film at the heart of children and young people’s educational and personal development.  Working with the education and informal youth sectors, we provide 5-19 year olds with unparalleled opportunities to learn through and about film.  Our ambitious UK-wide programme includes a network of extra-curricular film clubs, educational resources, training opportunities, a cinema-based film festival and the annual Into Film Awards. To our knowledge, no other UK-wide cultural education initiative has such a high take-up by schools and youth groups, with a network of over 16,000 registered clubs.  We work with a range of partners in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, in addition to the film industry at large and several high profile ambassadors.  Our work is supported by the BFI, through the National Lottery, and other film organisations including Cinema First.
