We’re looking for an experienced individual, who is confident working on all levels of product, from high-level product strategy and proposition to the details of crafting flows, prototypes, user interactions and interfaces, to help us on our mission to design user-centered digital services, in line with what our users expect.
You will join a creative team whose focus is to improve and increase our digital and online services, realise efficiency savings and most importantly enhance customer experience.
We never stand still, changing the way we do things by understanding the needs of our users and designing services that make it easy for them to get things done online.
We’ve got a multitude of skills, including research, user experience, process design, development, content and data science, and are passionate about the work that we do. We aren’t afraid to challenge internal teams or processes to achieve the best result for our end users.
About the role
We now need to push forward with our plans to implement a CRM across the organisation to ensure that all contact is linked up and accessible to back-office teams, delivery partners, and the customer – as well as delivering operational excellence via our digital platforms, to ensure system stability and world-class levels of user satisfaction.
As the Product Design Lead: CRM, you will champion this work, driving innovation and full use of the platform and it’s related technologies by optimizing it and exploring additional opportunities for improvement.
You will use a variety of insight and analysis to understand user needs, and work with teams to redesign their service – challenging the status quo to ensure that identified user needs are met and that the CRM is deeply embedded into their new way of working.
You’ll create and rapidly iterate prototypes, considering multiple user personas, and testing them.
Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, you will be open to challenge, and you will welcome feedback from the wider team at regular stages – as well as offering a critical eye to others.
You will have an exceptional understanding of websites and how users interact with digital interfaces, and be passionate about the future of digital.
You’ll participate in regular team catch ups to ensure that projects are on track, and where blockages occur you may be required to assist other disciplines.
