The Opportunity:
We need a product marketing assistant to join our Product team who is a great communicator and content creator to be the go-to person and product expert between our team and the Sales and Marketing teams. You will need to be able to take on challenges, think for yourself, and understand and execute product marketing strategies efficiently. A typical work week would look something like this:
- Communicate between teams to make sure sales, marketing, and product are aligned
- Create content for feature launches, product improvements, in-tool marketing and awareness
- Stay on top of market trends, competitors, our users, and our positioning
- Contribute to the creation of product marketing strategies and campaigns
- Work with cross-functional teams to complete projects
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills who can be direct, clear, inclusive, and efficient in writing and speaking
- Comfortable communicating complex ideas in simple terms
- Native or Bilingual English (spoken and written)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the following areas: marketing, product, communication, customer success/service, retail or ecommerce
- Experience with retail, ecommerce or B2B software as a service
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and effectively managing multiple, complex, cross-functional projects with tight deadlines without micromanagement
- Basic graphic design skills or audiovisual experience is a huge plus
