Solving problems using our deep understanding of power systems and advanced technologies is what makes us tick. We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager to join our expanding technology and product teams. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of new and existing products, from market research through development and into business as usual. You will use your expertise to understand the market requirements and the potential of the technology at play bringing it together with solid go to market planning.
Initially you will be supporting the launch of a new product, which will form the majority of the role over the first 12 months, but we anticipate you will get involved in other technologies over time supporting the rest of the team as our product portfolio develops. This is an exciting opportunity to use your knowledge to influence our work applying artificial intelligence to common but as yet unsolved electrical distribution challenges.
We are looking for someone who has some practical Product Management experience but more importantly an understanding of the electrical network is vital, and ideally you will have knowledge of substation and power system protection/control equipment, which you will use to help shape the development of new technology. Knowledge of low voltage public distribution would be an advantage.
