You’re customer-focused at heart: at TransferWise our customers always come first, so being passionate about making a real difference to their lives is key
You’re data-driven, with a head for numbers: you know how to calculate and prioritise the impact on customers by running a SQL query by your own
You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility for getting stuff done
You care about the time to market and flexible in scoping projects to deliver MVP in the first place

Some extra skills that are great (but not essential):

You have experience in launching / delivering card payments to business customers (acquiring for merchants or payment facilitator models)
You are familiar with the card fraud area
You used to work with card transactions on a low data level (eg. you understand what DE means in the context of VISA Mastercard transaction)
You are familiar with VISA and/or Mastercard docs about cost, products, procedures
We’re people without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We want to work with the best people, no matter their background. So if you’re passionate about learning new things and keen to join our mission, you’ll fit right in.

Also, qualifications aren’t that important to us. If you’ve got great experience, and you’re great at articulating your thinking, we’d like to hear from you.

And because we believe that diverse teams build better products, we’d especially love to hear from you if you’re from an under-represented demographic.
