We’re hiring remote APMs to help define, deliver new products for patients managing Parkinson’s disease and chronic pain. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by aligning customer<>business value, and technical delivery. You can simplify complex problems, build team alignment, and guide product development with clarity, agility, velocity.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Curious, strategic, growth mindset, bias for action, clear communicator, accountable team player
- Enjoy solving complex problems, navigating regulatory requirements, and balancing multiple customer needs e.g. patients, physicians, therapy, insurance companies
- Understand Boston Scientific’s strategic advantages, competitive landscape, and current market forces
- Understands systemic friction from trends, shifts, market dynamics
- Fluent in quantitative, qualitative data analysis, monitoring, and reporting
- Effective managing stakeholder relationships, priorities, dependencies
- Experience with a full product lifecycle, and integrating, prioritizing customer feedback
- Experience with lean, and agile delivery, iterative development, and continuous releases
- Enjoy working remotely with tools like Figma, Miro, Notion, Teams, G Suite
