It consists of the services FREE NOW (10 European markets), Βeat (5 Latin American and 1 European market) and hive (e-scooter and e-bikes in 3 European markets). FREE NOW is a marketplace organized into Supply, Marketplace and Demand. By focusing on the Marketplace side, you will be building all products around the price infrastructure of our tours. In this role you will have the control over our market positioning in currently 10 European markets as well as our revenues. - You will be responsible for the highly-motivated cross functional team and facilitate a productive working environment, with a vast variety of challenges and tasks.
- You are responsible for the development and improvement of the pricing infrastructure for the FREE NOW products in currently 10 markets, enabling stakeholders to maintain the products you build.
- You are enabling the markets to build a sustainable balance of demand and supply by optimizing and enabling flexible prices and fees with your products.
- You will report to the Head of Product in the conceptualization and implementation of the product strategy and vision in close collaboration with your Data peers, and act as the interface and ambassador between product team and stakeholders.
- You will be working closely with development teams and mediate between technical, UX/UI and business matters, being able to represent every stakeholder perspective.
- You will develop, review, pitch and communicate business models and plans across teams and throughout the company in order to realize maximum potential of our pricing systems.
- You have a deep understanding of the economic background of prices and monetization of digital services
- You have strong experience working with a cross functional team, including engineers, data scientists and analysts.
- You are passionate in working on backend and frontend systems and optimizing them continuously.
- You are an empathic communicator, can motivate your team as well as understand the needs and perspectives of your colleagues.
- Substantial experience in data driven software product management, you can demonstrate team management, skill in product prioritization, creating roadmaps and product delivery.
- You conceive immediately what makes a product successful and can conceptualize pragmatic solutions.
- You hold profound expertise in different procedure models of software development – especially Scrum and Kanban.
- Fluent proficiency in English is essential, German would be a bonus.
