Are you naturally curious about the world and making things better? Our Products and Solutions teams are. We make use of the deep heritage of Deloitte and the amazing Intellectual Property (IP) within the firm to challenge the old and influence what is yet to happen. We design technology assets that solve our clients’ most complex challenges in a swift and radical way through the agility of a start-up, within the ecosystem of a $35bn global business.
Delivering the best possible service for our clients is everyone’s job – not just the role of our team members working on client site. From creating innovative technological solutions to bringing together the right people and capabilities in diverse teams, the opportunities to develop your career behind the scenes here, working within an inclusive culture, are both huge and diverse.
We encourage consideration of flexible ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us.
As a Senior Product Manager within our P&E team you will be instrumental in supporting the development of the overall product strategy, and its execution. In addition with this role you will be key to supporting and enhancing our commercialization strategy.
We are looking for someone who has a broad and deep product management background – with a particular specialty in the more commercial side of product management. We will need you to evangelize on these aspects, supported by your considerable experience in building out these strategies (GTM, Pricing, Sales, Channels etc) and executing on them.
You will also:
• Manage a product or a portfolio of products.
• Support development of commercial strategy and business cases
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap and product backlog
• Have the ability to prioritise (ruthlessly) and explain the rationale behind the prioritisation
• Drive a solution set across sales/marketing/engineering/support
• Define key product based KPIs and ensure they are measured, tracked, communicated and acted upon
• Support the creation of go-to market materials and positioning, in particular through clear articulation of the product’s key features and benefits
• Support pre-sales activities through key client conversations and product demos
• Act as an evangelist for product management within Deloitte UK’s professional services community and continuously demonstrate the value of the discipline
• Mentoring other product managers and supporting our venture leads.
• Support the validation of early stage concepts that have the potential of becoming fully fledged products
Your work, your choice
How long does impact take? How long is a piece of string? How many seconds does a solution contain? How can we possibly tell? After all, impact can be huge or small. Immediate or years in the making. At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk.
We, therefore, carefully consider agile ways of working, both formal and informal, that allow for the best impact for our people and our clients. If the working pattern you are looking for is not specifically indicated below, we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements.
Location: This role will be based in London, with minimal travel commitments
Suggested work pattern: Permanent full-time

We expect colleagues at all levels to embrace and live our purpose and our leadership culture by challenging themselves to identify issues that are most important for our clients, our people, and for society and make an impact that matters. We know leadership comes in all shapes and sizes, but our Leadership Charter helps all of our people understand what we’re looking for:
We live our purpose: we act as a role model, embracing and living our purpose and values, and recognising others for the impact they make
