About us

We are Poppins, a new London-based digital creative agency, focused on delivering beautiful brands and building impeccable digital products. We believe our work stands above others because we truly love what we do, we pride ourselves on striking emotional chords with our clients, with a smile in mind approach and a love for truly great design. We’re just getting going here in London, but we have big plans, and this is the chance to be part of a company that’s growing rapidly in size and reputation.

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager with 5+ years experience to join our growing team. You’ll be integral to the day-to-day operation of the business, with the potential to help shape our Product offering as we grow.

You’ll be working across a range of long-term product development and digital transformation projects, redefining existing products, and innovating new products and propositions for our clients.  One week you may be shipping an app for an exciting startup, the next you may be presenting product strategy to a global brand – what never changes is our quick thinking, pragmatic problem solving, iterative approach, and exceptional client service.

About you

Passionate about technology and digital product experiences
Analytical mind, with the ability to interpret data and form hypotheses
Ability to articulate your ideas to the team, and clients, with clarity and confidence
Strategic thinker, able to develop product strategies that deliver outcomes for our clients
Ability to lead cross functional product development teams, knowing when to defer to the team, and when to take charge in order to achieve the overall project goals
Exceptional eye for detail – usually the first to spot an issue
Great at organising and prioritising yours and others’ workload

Our culture

As a small, growing team, our culture is very important to us. We’re underpinned by values of creativity, integrity, quality and care.

The team is small and fast-paced so you’ll need a good sense of humour, an open mind, and a work ethic in line with our ambition to create a world-class product standard.

We’re a social bunch too – so we’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable working hard on a pitch as they are enjoying a post-work, post-covid beverage.

Other requirements

5+ years of product management experience
Working across the full product life cycle on different types of products
Experience with leading agile development processes
Experience communicating and working with senior executive stakeholders
Basic understanding of product design and engineering

Benefits

Competitive salary (based on experience)
Join a fast-growing and exciting start-up with excellent growth opportunities
Working with a fun, highly-motivated team where there’s never a dull moment
