About Network Locum
Our goal at Network Locum is to unite the world’s clinicians and their employers on a single platform for the first time. We are a marketplace and SaaS product which gives both GPs and Practice Managers the tools to interact and transact like never before. Having just closed our series B and made our first acquisition in the last 3 months, we’re looking for an ambitious, focused and truly talented Product Manager to join us and continue to build our amazing product.
About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you will take responsibility for the discovery and delivery of key aspects of our product portfolio. In turn, you’ll help build world class software that transforms the way healthcare professionals manage their work. As a product owner, you will work with designers, engineers and data scientists to manage a robust roadmap that balances the needs of our different users. You’ll strive for success with our products, by validating prototypes with our users and making bold decisions about what’s working and what isn’t.
What we need:
- Demonstrable track record of building software products and a knowledge of what makes great product/market fit
- Experience of working in Agile teams, and preparing backlogs, as product owner
- Ability to use data to make decisions, and to go tirelessly in search of information that could help the product improve
- An ear for listening to customers and understanding their needs
- Ability to prioritise user needs against viability and feasibility
- A curiosity and ability to facilitate idea brainstorms to solve customer problems
- Ability to analyse functional needs in depth, and communicate them clearly to the product teams, with meticulous attention to detail
- Be a clear and articulate communicator, able to tell a story backed up with numbers and research
- Have the energy and enthusiasm to build a product that will make a significant impact in its field (some might say, put a dent in the universe!
