Are you the one?

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager professional with previous experience working with a discovery/delivery loop mindset.

This is a remote position within Spain, but we have an office in Valencia if you prefer it.

PM role at Jeff

1. Strategy and Roadmap

PMs set and align strategy by influencing teams and other members of the company to think about delivering value to their customers, where we are headed and how we will get there.
PMs are responsible for setting Now, Next, and After opportunities as part of their roadmap by taking in a range of inputs (opportunity, pieces of evidence, involved stakeholders, expected outcome, risks) and prioritizing problem focus areas for their teams.

2. Customer-centric

PMs represent customer needs accurately and fairly to create the best possible value for and its customers. They use customer insight to ensure that they deeply understand our customer’s opportunities, define the correct priorities to tackle and create a clear brief.
PMs are responsible for creating the proper means for a constant customer feedback loop. They have the responsibility of talking directly with customers (e.g. interviews, 1vs1, shadowing) and defining and setting other means to gather feedback from them (e.g. experimentation, tests).

3. Analytic focus

PMs use data to drive informed decision-making to understand the behaviour of customers and uncover new product opportunities
PMs are responsible for identifying, understanding and tracking the main metrics of their products, having associated storytelling and insights on the impact over the product strategy.

4. Continuous Discovery

PMs are directly responsible for building the right thing to maximize impact over their customers.
PMs devotes nearly 80% of their time to continuously evolve and refine the ideas and opportunities based on their customer’s needs and behaviour so that the product delivers more value.
PMs tightly team up with Product Designer in the Continuous Discovery Process and build engagement and participate with the members of the squad, ensuring that they fully leverage the best from those around them and their contribution to the product.
PMs fight to scope smaller to learn faster and reduce uncertainty over opportunities, balancing an ambition to think expansively about the opportunity

5. Continuous Delivery

PMs enables the team to connect all the opportunities with the roadmap to build them in the right way. They team up with the Delivery Lead and the Engineering Team Lead who steer the Delivery Process.

PMs help drive that their product teams demonstrate a consistent shipping cadence, time and quality based.
PMs ship the whole customer experience, beyond the development of a new feature or improvement, but the entire experience that surrounds it. This includes working across the interaction
PMs chase outcomes by understanding and validating the expected business impact and uncover and react deviations from the initial hypothesis.

6. Communication

PMs inspire and motivate others to work towards delivering value to customers, in a clear, compelling vision of the product. They communicate clearly, concisely and assertively with customers, the team, and internal stakeholders.
PMs are responsible for driving this alignment across teams and stakeholders. Maximizing the communication channels (e.g. demo session, weekly and monthly newsletter) to explain the expected impact and the resulting outcome to the stakeholders, ensuring that they understand the proposal value and delivery.
