About Your Role: 

You will be a leader on the Product Platform team, which builds services and user experiences so customers can effectively manage their Sendoso account. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap and driving execution for portions of the Platform Product. You will also help mentor less experienced product managers within the team. This role reports to the Director of Product, Platform.

What You’ll Work On:
Work directly with customers and executives to define a roadmap for your product area
Translate the upcoming product roadmap into clear requirements
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to execute on the product roadmap
Coordinate with CX and Marketing to launch new features, monitor their adoption and iterate on customer feedback and data insights

Experience:
4+ years of product management experience
Produced clear and concise product roadmaps and requirement specifications
Driven results through cross-functional collaboration – design, engineering, marketing, partnerships, and creative teams
Defined and measured success of features launched to optimize revenue and conversion

Bonus Points If You Have…
A technical background
Experience leading other PMs, even if it’s informal
Experience on a platform product team, specifically in the domains of User Management, Permissions, Security, Single Sign-on, or Multi-product Administration
