Sr Product Manager – Integrations

About Your Role: 

In this role you will be responsible for Sendoso’s product integrations and API offerings. You will maintain and enhance our existing integrations while building new integrations into Sales, Marketing, CX, HR, and Single sign-on (SSO) applications. Furthermore, you will collaborate with other product managers to extend the sending user experience into integrated platforms. Lastly, you will enhance our API and help maintain our developer portal. This role reports to the Director of Product, Platform.

What You’ll Work On:
Work directly with customers and executives to define a roadmap for Integrations
Translate the upcoming product roadmap into clear requirements
Collaborate with design, partnership and engineering teams to execute on the roadmap
Coordinate with CX and Marketing to launch new features, monitor their adoption and iterate on customer feedback and data insights
Work closely with our Chief Alliances Officer and partnerships team

Experience:
4+ years of technical product management experience
Delivered integrations with numerous SaaS applications
Produced clear and concise product roadmaps and requirement specifications
Driven results through cross-functional collaboration – design, engineering, marketing, partnerships, and creative teams
Defined and measured success of features launched to optimize revenue and conversion

Bonus Points If You Have…
A background in designing or working with APIs and other developer-facing products that focus on Sales, Marketing or CX
Experience building and nurturing communities of developers
Built or maintained a Salesforce AppExchange app
