Integromat is looking for an experienced growth specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth experimentation strategy. You will be responsible for analyzing our customer data, creating growth campaigns (in-app experiences, automated emails, etc.) and improving these campaigns through continuous experimentation. These experiments are expected to improve our key growth metrics including activation, conversion, customer lifetime value, etc. by providing incremental value to the users throughout their post-registration journey with Integromat.
Responsibilities:
– Own and improve our product-led growth strategy by automating our onboarding and feature adoption campaigns
– Split test multiple onboarding flows to identify and implement the highest converting flows
– Collaborate with our development team to track user activity and identify roadblocks to feature discovery and adoption
– Create actionable reports in Mixpanel to identify drop-off and friction points
– Regularly create experiments across third-party tools to improve conversion rates from one stage of the user journey to the next
– Inform product decisions with qualitative and quantitative insights into user behavior data
Required Skills:
– 3+ years of hands-on growth experience in the SaaS space
Deep understanding of the SaaS user journey and conversion funnel
– Hands-on experience with automated onboarding (both email and in-app) tools
– Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with A/B testing
– Ability to distill customer behavior data into actionable insights
– Excellent organizational and personal productivity skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
