Consortia, the specialist product recruiter, have been retained by global Fintech NIUM in search of a Product Lead for the consumer squad in their Product function.
NIUM are a global player when it comes to payments, money transfer, and card issuing and requires a Product Lead with substantial experience in mobile challenger banking to lead the development of their core consumer proposition.
The Lead Product Manager will report into the Head of Consumer and CPO, who is based in the US. This will be an individual contributor position on the whole, with mentoring and coaching opportunities in levelling up the existing Product team within the Consumer tribe.
The Product Lead will have the opportunity to contribute to the ideation of their mobile banking application and drive the development of Products delivering business value. The Product Lead will be working closely with UI/ UX on consumer-facing products and will need to have a great understanding of interaction, UX and usability.
Some critical requirements for the Lead Product Manager:
· extensive experience shipping high scale, consumer-facing Fintech mobile apps.
· Understanding and experience in a Tech-driven, challenger bank.
· Start-up experience.
· Developed products from scratch
· Deep understanding of user needs in the Fintech ecosystem.
This role is a fully remote position with interviewing taking place via video conferencing. (Preference for London based candidates.)
Salary – to £120,000 plus 15% bonus and stock.
