As the Director of Digital Product, you will be responsible for managing communication, expectations, vision, and strategy for the growth of all Digital Product Managers and product teams. You will also take charge setting expectations with VPs and other Business Leaders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 7 years in a product role and/or “maker” role such as development, creative, or UX
- 3+ years directly leading people you would consider more talented than yourself
- You speak fluent geek as well as executive
- You have built digital products—either yourself or on a team
- Bonus points if you have built a consumer-facing digital product
- Bonus points if you are amazing at giving a great presentation
- Bonus points if you have ever run a P&L
