The Position
Reporting to the Director of Product, the ideal Product Manager will work closely with UX designers, developers, and other business stakeholders in conducting product discoveries and defining product scope & features according to the product roadmap to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis to validate product competitive positioning in the marketplace
Conduct customer research and usability tests to validate assumptions, value, and demand
Work closely with design and development to define new products, enhancements, and solutions
Work closely with sales, marketing, support & customer success to execute feature launches and user adoption plans while training internal teams and creating documentation
Work closely with customers and internal teams (CS, Support, Sales) to gather feedback on product initiatives and enhancement requests
Utilize data tools such as Mixpanel and User IQ to gather product insights and execute on key learnings
Analyze sales and customer retention data to validate product fit
Effectively lead and participate in scrum ceremonies
Prioritize and define the product roadmap objectives and regularly communicate progress to leadership
Qualifications
2-4 years of digital product management experience working cross-functionally with various teams in a B2C or B2B environment
Computer Science, Engineering, or Business undergraduate degree
A strong passion for product that spans business, design, and technology
Problem-solving mindset and experience with user research methods
A balance between strategic thinking, delivery, and attention to detail
Strong care for customers
Experience leading scrum ceremonies and working with an Agile team
Experience with Jira (and other Atlassian tools)
Highest level of written & verbal communication
A self learner that is highly motivated and a self starter
