Product Manager

  • Executing all relevant facets of the Company’s account and project management effort, including but not limited to: (1) preparing and sending materials; (2) organizing and participating in meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, including offsite events requiring domestic or international travel; (3) maintaining consistent contact and building positive relationships with key client personnel; (4) identifying, addressing, resolving, and escalating as appropriate any client questions, issues, and concerns, as well as any problems relating to client accounts; (5) managing initiation, planning, execution, validation, delivery, and closeout of all assigned projects; (6) conducting all relevant research; (7) preparing training materials and providing training to client organizations and personnel; (8) recording and tracking account and project management activities
  • Developing and progressing a business development pipeline identifying internal upsell opportunities for new business, including performing the following: (1) understanding the Company’s products and services and effectively presenting the Company’s products and services to a full range of potential audiences; (2) using all available means to identify, develop, and progress both individual and organizational sales and business development leads; (3) moving both provided and independently developed leads through the sales cycle process; (4) providing accurate information to existing and prospective customers to help them make a decision regarding the suitability of the Company’s products and services; (5) providing improvements and feedback on existing sales, marketing, and other materials
  • Participating in meetings with Company management and designees for the purpose of defining and refining account and project management approaches, issues, and materials
  • Communicating market and customer feedback regarding the Company’s products and services to Technology and Operations management and contributing to product and service improvement planning
  • Performing any other work activities in support of the Company at the direction of Company management
