Our client is a fast growing new different and exciting technology start up in East London, are looking to hire an exceptional and experienced Design Director. Be a creative thinker, detailed designer, self-starter who inspires the team.
To be on the journey to shape not only product experience across hardware and software but also brand content. Lead and help grow an exceptionally talented multi-disciplined team. Must have lots of experience of working with consumer products and gaming.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of interaction design, industrial design and or product design
- Ideal if you have a background or experience in game, consumer products and interaction design
- Must have experience of working with games ideally
- A smart, ambitious, talented creative thinker and designer
- Lead ideation, design initiative user interfaces, prototyping and
developing products
- Experiencing working on consumer and/or physical products
- Be able to work closely with the Founder and other partners to develop and expand the current to new products
- A problem solver who can show a clear thought process with strategic insight, user interface, user experience, engineering and design content
- Exceptional understanding and relentless desire to test experiences
and interactions to find solutions that the target audience and consumer will love
- Collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels with multi-disciplinary team, stakeholders and suppliers
- In-depth knowledge of research and design best practices, with an exceptional eye for detail
- Experience managing and leading designers, keeping them focused and engaged at every stage
- Must have a UK work visa or European passport to apply for this role
