The marketplace team at Adeo is looking for a talented, Customer-obsessed Business Product Leader to support the marketplace growth. The role offers the unique opportunity to lead initiatives and projects to build our marketplace platform across all markets, as well as develop a deep understanding of the marketplace.
The Business Product Leader leads our product to the next level, by working with different teams internally and externally to identify business opportunities, design solutions, assist with building / QA / positioning, and drive the launch of new products.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of ownership and have a demonstrated record of successful product management (preferably in SaaS, international environments), leading multiple transversal projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. The ideal candidate is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, Customer-focused, and has the ability to handle ambiguity and influence at all levels of the organization.
The position will be based in our offices in Lille.
The Business Product Leader will have several key responsibilities, including
Define the product vision and roadmap, based on user & market research, analysis and stakeholders feedback.
Execute product vision, from conception to implementation and user feedback.
Interact with the engineering team to ensure scope and priorities alignment, roadmap delivery and quality.
Be the product expert and champion, ensuring the right level of product awareness and knowledge, including training.
Make product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data; own product metrics and aim for continuous improvement.
Highly organized and results oriented with a high degree of ownership.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
Personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking.
Experience prioritizing customer requirements, working with stakeholders and internal teams to define market opportunities and business plans in support of company goals.
Empathy for customers, ability to identify opportunities to add value and the best path to execute.
3+ years of experience in software product management in B2B and/or SaaS environments.
Experience conducting focus groups and user research.
