We have skills in UX and UI but we are looking to grow our expertise in experience design and establish a strong experience design team delivering world-class work for our clients.
You’ll help us shape the delivery of client experience work within the agency, bringing your experience and knowledge to help us provide expertise directly to our clients.
A bit more about the role
You will lead ESI at Omobono, supporting a team of UX and UI specialists and bringing with you a wealth of knowledge and experience in driving and delivering amazing concepts and technical solutions for clients. We are passionate about championing user-centric design & development throughout our multi-vendor, multi-project working environment. Our work involves delivering end-to-end project and product management of complex projects to world-leading clients.
This is a new role and we are looking for a thought leader in ESI who can help us set the direction for this function in Omobono and raise the profile of our work externally. You will inform our thought leadership and possess excellent strategic insight. An expert in client engagement and experience, you’ll feel at home generating customer insight and driving customer experience strategy as a core service offering at Omobono. You will have accountability for multiple client projects and responsibility for our UX/ UI team.
