Product Manager

We’re looking for a product manager with healthcare and analytics experience to run one of our product lines. As part of a growing startup, you’ll guide the product’s trajectory with deep market knowledge, constant customer contact and extensive collaboration with engineering and customer-facing teams.

The right candidate must have a strong technical background and ability to pull off world-class needle-threading, balancing the needs of the users, the buyers, and the business to uncover problems and deliver software that sells and scales. Bringing this kind of product to market directly impacts hospital operations and patients’ lives at perhaps the most critical period in healthcare worldwide.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Meet frequently with customers and represent them to internal stakeholders
  • Manage a product backlog in close contact with engineers, collectively crafting both high-level designs and detailed requirements
  • Drive adoption, growth, and scale of a product line through teamwork with marketing, sales, and implementation teams
  • Become an expert user and evangelist of the Hospital IQ platform
  • Influence the platform roadmap with knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and strategic goals

  • 3+ years in product management with experience shipping product
  • Healthcare B2B software experience in inpatient hospital operations
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Work Environment: Pittsburgh, PA or Newton, MA
  • Remote options available
  • This role requires moderate travel (20-30%)
