TransferGo is a fast-growing fintech brand, offering online money transfers to over 60 countries across the world with high speeds, low fees and no hassle. We’re a diverse and multilingual bunch of people, working from offices in London, Vilnius, Kaunas, Berlin, Istanbul and Warsaw – and we’re still growing!

At TransferGo, we’re on a mission to make moving money globally as quick and simple as sending a text. Our Rails team plays a critical role in shaping the way we move money across the globe, with direct impact on coverage, speed, UX and cost. To make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking to expand the team with a talented Senior Product Manager – Rails.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Build TransferGo Rails – our payment network for payment collection, payouts, FX and treasury management – to best support business strategy and goals
  • Collaborate with the Banking & Infrastructure team to validate opportunities, successfully launch and maintain partnerships with banks and other payment service providers
  • Develop and own product roadmap, managing competing ambitions, generating and validating ideas, adapting to changing circumstances
  • Design, develop and launch product changes working with your development team and stakeholders (financial operations, customer success, marketing, other product teams)
  • Steer product to success leveraging data, research, and product development best practices

Here’s what we’d love from our new Product Manager:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong product management experience (3+ years) building digital products at scale
  • Track record of end-to-end product delivery in an agile environment and with a hands-on MVP definition
  • Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision making. You employ OKRs, KPIs, data dashboards to direct efforts and track performance
  • You are comfortable discussing specialised business topics (finance, compliance, commercial) and shaping the outcomes to best meet customer needs and business goals
  • You don’t shy away from a technical conversation with your engineering team, and you can skim API documentation to verify the basics if needed
  • You have a structured approach to requirement elicitation. You can easily spot inconsistencies or gaps for digging deeper, but also focus on the most important details first
  • You are a natural leader who can align stakeholders around a single goal. As a product leader you are flexible and able to wear multiple hats to deliver success

And if you can also do this stuff, even better:

  • Strong understanding of digital financial services, esp. payments
  • Experience managing partnerships, esp. with API integrations and SLAs
  • Experience working at fast moving, dynamic startup environment

Some of our best benefits:

  • Being part of extremely exciting and growing fintech startup community
  • Competitive salary package
  • Private health insurance (after 6 months of employment)
  • Unlimited paid holiday
  • Relocation support and assistance
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Opportunity to learn with a company that is rapidly growing along with a guaranteed training budget
  • Friendly atmosphere and stimulating environment (pet friendly office, team events, snacks and drinks in the office, team buildings, fun budget and events).
