We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who would be working with a highly skilled team, using cutting edge technologies and development techniques. You will work with a SCRUM team of six developers, one QA engineer and one UX/UI designer.
Where Your Expertise is Needed
- Engage with the Head of Product in the mid/long-term product roadmap planning and execution processes
- Focus your SCRUM team on continuous customer value delivery. You will decide on what to build now (vs. what not), how to validate to avoid wasting time and you will measure outcomes (vs. outputs) with objective metrics
- Break down complex user and business needs into a manageable product backlog, working with designers and developers to understand how its success could be measured, and how best to maximize its value
- Owning the squad’s initiatives’ lifecycle from discovery to delivery:
- Understand and specify requirements/user-stories
- Oversee UI designs, and their development into features
- Decide on critical product issues
- Manage stakeholders’ needs and interests
- Ensure that we understand the market, our customers and our competitors extremely well. We will operate from a strong basis of knowledge and confidence
- Keep calm and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment working towards targets. Multitasking doesn’t stress you out
- Follow predictable communication schedules. Communicate the state and development of the product to all internal and external stakeholders
You Are
Experienced:
- 3+ years of experience in agile software product management
- B2B SaaS background required
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong bias for action
- Strong hands-on stakeholder management experience
- Hands-on experience with measuring the success of your product and continuously iterating to improve it for the benefit of our customers
- Strong sense of priorities while maintaining flexibility to adapt to market needs and make data-driven decisions
A strong communicator:
- Strong communication skills, especially in communicating and simplifying complex topics.
- You follow predictable communication schedules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
