(Senior) Product Manager (f/m/d) – Product Information Experience

  • You shape the way our customers and partners experience product information
  • You acquire a comprehensive and deep understanding of how product information in our shop can be used in order to create a compelling customer experience and how our product information portal can enable our partners to provide us with the most relevant product information. Furthermore, you gain a thorough understanding of our product information system and our business.
  • You think strategically and collaborate with product leaders when it comes to identifying, defining and prioritizing business goals as well as valuable outcomes based on data-supported arguments
  • You connect the right dots and think outside the box; you come up with non-obvious 10x solutions and work together with your team and peers to translate them into game-changing products
  • You permanently measure performance and create an understanding of the factors that lead to do ‘A’ instead of ‘B’, back it up with data and communicate those insights effectively
  • You work closely with a dedicated and cross-functional product team (consisting of engineers, product designers, data scientists) that drives product topics forward from discovery to delivery using a broad range of best practices, such as design thinking and extensive data analyses
  • You create and foster close relationships with relevant stakeholders (such as your peers, C-level executives, external parties), consider their viewpoints, align on business priorities and help to prioritize the outcome-based product roadmap
  • You constantly develop initiatives and tools to increase the efficiency of the processes related to your area of responsibility

  • You possess experience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization and convincing communication of strategic solutions
  • You always think customer first, are experienced in conducting and orchestrating the right research and analysis in order generate an actionable, high-resolution picture of customer jobs, pains and potential gains
  • You successfully demonstrated your problem-solving skills before and you’re known for keeping calm in tough times
    You already gathered relevant experience in the field of Product Management and enjoy taking on responsibility in complex environments – from the idea to implementation – applying state-of-the-art product management techniques and lean methodologies
  • You love data and are familiar with descriptive, exploratory and causal analyses. You ask the right questions and answer them based on data. You feel comfortable talking about algorithms with data scientists.
  • With your positive, open-minded, entrepreneurial, hands-on personality you motivate people around you and take product leadership to the next level. You are an empathic communicator who gets their points across, makes people feel heard and fosters healthy work relationships
