Title: Product Owner/Product Manager – Organisational Agility

Who we need
We’re looking for a motivated and driven Product Owner to take full development responsibility and ownership of our Organisational Agility Academy’s educational solutions. You will take the lead on defining, directing and driving the development of these educational products, based on customer needs and market insights. The role comes with a sharp focus on supporting, participating and enhancing a more agile-leaning product development process within the team, to achieve smart, effective and creative results. You’ll have a flair for innovation and be genuinely excited about developing new educational products to help organisations adapt their ways of working/thinking to rapidly innovate and experiment, with access to the tools needed to drive cultural change and transform their organisations to be more responsive to their people and customers.
A minimum of 3 years in a product development role within the education/edtech industry
Experience of working within an agile-leaning educational product development process – you would have had experience of creating educational resources
Strong experience in working with in the Agile/ Organisational Agility space,
Strong thought leadership, you will be at the forefront of the latest Agile/Agility industry trends /innovative ways of working
A strong Agile mindset along with additional experience in Agile coaching and/or Agile Transformation experience and/or relevant Agile related qualifications
An ability to work with the un-known and be part of the shaping and creation of new or developing products
A passion for learning technology and drive to contribute to this exciting and constantly changing sector
A natural collaboration style based on an intrinsic need to talk to and work with, various functions in the business to get results
A data-driven approach to making decisions and defining approaches
Experience working within the education/learning space is beneficial
