We’re a start-up in the flexible office world offering a new model to the market that’s set to disrupt the industry. We’re on a mission to transform property into thriving workspaces that are optimised to help businesses grow. We’re a well funded start-up in the early stages, backed by one of London’s major prop-tech investors. In addition we have our Chairman – previous CEO of Fitness First.
We partner with landlords to provide our tenants with tailored managed offices that they can call their own; using the latest technology to help digitise the space (such as virtual receptionists, IoT access and VR viewings to name a few). We also continually develop a wide range of internal tools in-house to efficiently manage our vast network of offices. We’re leading the charge in an unexplored segment of the market and hope that you can help us.

What you’ll be doing
Driving the implementation of new and existing products for tenants, landlords and internal teams. Developing a deep understanding of business direction and the requirements of stakeholders to create informed decisions around the products needed to provide an amazing tenant experience and help KITT scale efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Using your creativity to propose solutions that solve problems for our stakeholders.
Gathering requirements from a plethora of stakeholders and forming a roadmap: office tenants, internal teams, landlords and brokers.
Ensuring the delivery of the roadmap by providing full scope for what needs to be executed by the tech team.
Working closely with tech to ensure that requirements are met.
Orchestrating user interface design – whether that’s sketching versions themselves or working with contract designers/dev team.
Digesting analytics data to inform decision making around our features and products.
Understanding the underlying problems for stakeholders who are asking for features/products
Who you are:
Passionate and opinionated about user-centric design
Someone who is curious and engaged with technology and passionate about it’s applications.
Highly organised, strives to build processes that work.
Confident and personable.
Being confident in suggesting new ideas, or removing old ideas that offer little value in the present.
Essential:
Understanding agile principles
Experience of working in a variety of team sizes
MVP
Continuous delivery
Analytics knowledge: personas, funnels, A/B testing.
Wireframing.
High level understanding of a typical tech stack: frontend, backend, API
Desired:
Well versed with a design tool: Figma, photoshop.
Familiarity with a form of development: web dev, app dev.
Being able to use automation tools such as Zapier, integromat, IFTTT.
Experience of working in a scaling company
