The InsurTech wefox was founded in Switzerland in November 2014 under the name FinanceFox. The service platform allows customers, brokers and, insurance companies, to manage their insurance and financial products intelligently and efficiently. The service brings together the benefits of the online and offline world, combining modern technology and consulting know-how from the traditional insurance business. Since the start launching in Switzerland in September 2015, in Germany in October 2015 and in Austria in March 2017, wefox has already secured more than 100,000 policyholders in record time. The company, with more than 100 employees is continuously expanding its network and preparing its rollout to further European countries.
To support our international team, we are currently looking for a:
Product Manager (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- You will know our users inside out in order to deliver a seamless user experience – you ensure the product is consistent, lean, intuitive and simply beautiful to use
- You will be part of the driving force behind the product vision, roadmap and development
- Be able to forecast efforts and benefits from new features
- Possess know-how on how to prioritize the implementation of new features, conceptualize them and supervise their realization
- By establishing key metrics you will know the drivers of user satisfaction, activity and retention
Your skills:
- Be passionate and hands-on
- Experience in top notch processes and practices from agile development environments
- Knowledge and solid understanding of mobile applications
- Enthusiasm to jump in and redesign the existing UX
- Prior knowledge of Salesforce is a strong plus
- German & English on a very high level
