Join us and you will own the development of product features through the whole life cycle (plan, define, build, monitor), working alongside our designers and engineers. You will also support the Product Lead on drafting the product roadmap, influencing the future of AGORA!
Who we are?
AGORA is a beauty focused, social commerce app based in the UK. Launched in April 2020, AGORA is a video-based mobile app that gives its Gen Z UK based users a safe space to share their beauty, skincare and wellness tips and reviews via shoppable short videos. Based in London and Russia, AGORA counts 25 team members hailing from McKinsey, Vogue, Charlotte Tilbury, Farfetch, Birchbox, YNAP, and Badoo. We’re looking for someone who wants to work hard with a fun and tight-knit team!

Drive the ideation, technical development, and launch of features
Foster shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
Drive product development with a team of triple-A engineers and designers
Leverage usability studies, product research and market analysis into requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Define and analyze metrics to assess and improve the features developed
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving, high speed environment with limited processes
3 – 5 years working in Product Management role in a Social Network/ Commerce environment
Experience using data to solve business problems
Experience as a product manager working with different teams
Comfortable working in a high paced & demanding environment
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
