This position will be based in Madrid, Valencia, or Sevilla.
About the role
As the Senior Product Manager would lead the team and efforts responsible for various aspects of our global insurance platform, including payments, billing/accounting, CRM, and AMS (Agency Management System). You will be responsible for key questions like: How long does it take to service a customer and what tools & technologies can we implement to reduce that time? How can we streamline our monthly accounting processes across our agents and carriers? How can we further automate our payment collection process?
In this role, you will work closely with senior members of our tech, operations, sales, and business team. You will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, focusing on the ownership and improvement of multiple product lines.

Essential Job Functions:
Conduct strategic analyses, customer/competitor research, and market sizing
Own customer journey and continuous evaluation of product-market fit
Own and drive the prioritization of the quarterly product roadmap
Directly manage a team of Product Managers as well as mentor/coach other team members
Analyze and manage product performance to meet company goals and targets
Work closely with senior stakeholders from tech, operations, sales, marketing, and business teams to ship the right solutions for users’ problems
Minimum of 4 years experience in a product role.
Driven product decisions that materially and quantifiably drove the business forward through deep understanding & analysis of business metrics
Have high standards, value hard work, and are immensely results-driven
