Job Purpose

Product Managers are the super stars of Cirrus because they enable growth and drive value into the business through the creation of and management of Cirrus SaaS products through the entire product lifecycle. Product Management super stars will be responsible for delivering features that fulfil customers’ needs as well as maintaining existing features and functionality and ensuring the product continues to power up the value to our customers and partners.

 

Super Star Requirements

You’ll bring the skills to the table (we’re not prescribing):

  • Product Management Lifecycle
  • Research and Testing
  • User Stories and Requirements
  • Prioritisation
  • Stakeholder Management

You’ll have 1 or more of these experience items under your belt:

  • Integrations and APIs
  • Communication Technologies

Even better – you’ll have experience in some of these areas:

  • Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
  • Workflow and communication distribution
  • Analytics and Case Management
  • Software as a Service Platforms

Competencies

Must be able to lead – to get people to work for you without direct management
Highly self-organised and able to manage and prioritise a significant workload with competing demands
Able to communicate with a wide range of personas, with the ability to tailor the communication style to be appropriate to the audience
Must be able to think creatively to overcome issues and problem solve in a systematic way
Able to influence people, obtain buy-in and drive projects through
Able to present product information, demonstrations and concepts to a wide range of personas
