So who is Funnel IQ?
We’re a fast growing startup building an operating system for GTM teams that accelerates revenue growth and eliminates manual work associated with reporting and analytics.
The CEO is a former head of RevOps and the CTO is a former VP of Engineering, so they both understand the problems faced by revenue operations teams and are on a mission to make their lives easier. We’re HQ’d in Seattle, WA but are a remote and globally distributed team.
We’re an early stage startup going from 0 to 1 and are backed by some incredible VCs, including Mucker Capital, Active Capital and Alumni Ventures Group.
The role – Director of Product / Product Owner
We are looking for a
**Director of Product / Product Owner** to help us build the most incredible GTM operating system on the face of the planet.
In this role, you’ll drive strategy and execution on product capabilities that are central to how our customers use the product. While you’ll work closely with the entire Funnel IQ team, you’ll ultimately own everything product related – product discovery, feature development and prioritization, roadmap development, and more.
You’ll be the first dedicated product person on the team, so a team of 1️⃣ to start, but you’ll work closely with the Head of Design / UX and the engineering team in building out the Funnel IQ product. You’ll have the potential to grow the product team as the company grows and scales, so we’re looking for someone who is able to roll up their sleeves to get work done while also being excited about growing the team in the future.
You’ll also work closely with our implementation and customer success teams to ensure that we execute on new customer requirements and that there’s a continuous feedback loop between our current customer base and the product org.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working autonomously and wants to have a huge impact on the product we are building.
At Funnel IQ, we value folks that are direct and transparent. We love learning new things, believe in making data driven decisions (probably not a surprise given the product we are building 🙂 ) and most importantly, in having fun and enjoying the people we work with. Our core values include:
Transparency– we’re direct with each other, transparent about our priorities and goals and believe nearly everything should be shared across the entire organization, whether that’s up or down or sideways
Data driven– we use data to make decisions, and every action we take is tied to a quantifiable outcome
Always learning– no one knows everything; we love learning something new every single day
Respect– we want to have fun working together, and we all have a mutual respect for one another regardless of our role, because we all contribute an insane amount of value to the company
