On the Last Mile Delivery Product team, you will power a cross-functional team to pioneer the next frontier of last mile, leveraging the latest technology to get customers whatever they want, how and when they want it. You will be responsible for the order drop-off experience paving the way for a seamless digital and physical customer & delivery driver experience.

You’ll make an impact by:
Creating and managing an omnichannel product roadmap by aligning business, operations and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities
Defining vision and strategies for your product family within Last Mile Delivery, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
Leading a focused team to deliver on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization
Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field and 2 years’ experience in product management, or related field OR 5 years’ experience in product management, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
4 years of experience in Product Management/Product Strategy or similar tech related domain
