At Panaseer, we’re enabling security leadership teams to use data to answer the most challenging questions they face. Questions like: ‘How secure are our firm’s most critical assets?’; ‘What’s our security ROI?’; ‘What is our best cost decision to reduce risk most efficiently?’
To achieve this, we’re working at the intersection of big data technology, data science and cyber security with early adopter enterprise clients in London and New York. Now, we’re looking for an experienced product manager to join us and take our cross functional team, and product, to the next level.
You’re a senior product manager looking to join the leadership team of a mature start up and take a young, proven product to greatness. You’ll be building on our existing product management framework with the freedom to grow the function as the company expands.
This means you’re an expert at exploring business models, product/market fit, and building software. You have a relentless focus on user needs, you can make priority calls across a complex technology stack, and you have a passion for data driven decisions that you can extend to our clients, as well as our own processes.
You’re keen to work with a technical team of Hadoop engineers, data scientists and customer success analysts, who’ve already built enterprise-grade products together for top global brands. And you’re looking to step into a role where you can be the Sherpa that guides us to solve the problems that matter most for our clients, so we can make the biggest difference to how they manage risk.
You’re familiar with agile development tools, frameworks and processes. Stuff like Jobs to be done, different user testing methods, value proposition design, roadmap building for different stakeholders, and continuous improvement. Oh, and Jira and road-mapping tools.
You’ll have ideally worked with a variety of business models (SaaS, on-prem, B2B, B2C). You’ll have worked with everyone from Executives to engineers. And you’ll be an expert facilitator for business and technical workshops, both internally and with customers or prospects.
£60-£75k depending on experience and qualifications, inclusive of salary, options, bonus and benefits.
