Join our Product Team as our next Product Manager, Learning Design and build an education Service as a Product that educators and students love.

You are an exceptional Product Manager with an appetite to work cross-functionally between the Learning & Product Development teams. You have a passion for tech and education and a drive to connect the technical and pedagogical into a compelling, truly-engaging Learning Design product.

Mission: To work with in-house pedagogy experts, our users (HE academics, leadership & students) and our world-class team of Product Managers to define the best-in-class Learning Design process & product. Help take us from a high-potential Series A company to an impactful thought leader in education with a data-informed product strategy. Do both by owning the Learning Design product area and leading by example.

Why: Engagement is one of the most strongly-correlated predictors of student success in learning. We are building a sector-changing, evidence-driven product to maximise student engagement and deliver improved outcomes @ scale.

Who: An experienced Product Manager (3+ years experience) with experience of researching & designing rich, engaging products. You understand what makes an authentic, engaging learning experience and you have a passion to make this a reality for all learners.

Creative: working outside the established ‘product box’ of features to solve problems.
