Senior Product Manager, Real Estate Agent Experience

We have a role for a creative, organized, and proven product manager to drive the agent experience on our new nationwide residential real estate portals. With your help, these portals will facilitate the participation of eXp’s 35,000+ North American real estate agents on the portal, growing them to become top real estate destinations in the United States & Canada. We’re talking about helping tens of millions of home buyers & sellers connect with eXp’s 35,000+ real estate agents to turn their real estate dreams into reality.

eXp World Holdings, Inc (NASDAQ: EXPI) acquired our product and team in August 2020, and the entire founder-led startup team has eagerly stayed on board to tackle this ambitious goal on this highly visible project.

Here’s what your first year is all about:

– Plan and deliver a holistic product experience that draws in eXp’s 35,000+ real estate agents into the portal ecosystem on a daily basis, connects them with consumers, and leads to closed real estate transactions.

– Take ownership of the agent-facing portions of the product roadmap. Facilitate successful research, prioritization, design, launch, and analysis of the platform’s ability to create trusted, deep connections between eXp agents and consumers in support of successfully building relationships and ultimately completing real estate transactions.

– Work with stakeholders across all disciplines to prioritize & develop opportunities that drive step-function improvements in portal adoption, agent engagement, and broader business outcomes through product-led growth. Identify, scope and bring these product experiments to fruition and test their ability to achieve breakthrough results.

-Lead the use of qualitative and quantitative research and analytics to drive continuous improvement of the product’s usage growth, conversion and overall satisfaction towards our ambitious but achievable goals.

Realistically, proven experience at a hyper-growth company would significantly help you in this role. We’re looking to dramatically grow our team in 2021 and your experience and demonstrated ability to work with and lead a new and fast-growing team will be critical to our success. You’ll be at the center of the conversation about how eXp’s new national portal strategy helped take eXp Realty to new heights while taking the real estate world by storm.

Desired Skills and Experience
Successful candidates will understand how to design product & growth experiences that leverage data, virality, network effects, to create simple, delightful product experiences that help agents solve real-world problems for consumers looking to buy or sell a home. You can effectively communicate visually, in writing, and constructively debate these things strategically and tactically. You will have experience with product roles in a high-growth environment, and will have working familiarity with processes such as Design-Thinking, Jobs-to-be-Done, etc.

Interest or experience in the “proptech” space would also be a plus – there are so many industry-specific rules and details that it would really help a candidate hit the ground running, though it’s not a deal-breaker if you don’t have a proptech background. With the primary end-user of this role’s focus being real estate agents, significant experience working with agents and products with significant internal operations footprints is highly desired. If you can point to delivery of product experiences that are recognized on the App Store, Product Hunt, etc, we’d love to hear how you did it.
