Product Manager

About Us

Our “EnCompass” product is an in-market enterprise B2B product that focuses on making corporate payments easier. As our users’ businesses grow and advance, we face an unprecedented opportunity for our platform to pioneer modern, easy-to-use, and scalable technical solutions. WEX is looking for an experienced product manager to help lead this change.

About The Role

If you’re someone who loves to collaborate with various stakeholders to identify the optimal solution, rolls up their sleeves to dive into technical details, translates ideas to user stories, and then owns those products through development to release, we would love to talk to you!

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for continuously and iteratively delivering value to our customers. This includes:

  • Managing the product roadmap
  • Partnering with stakeholders and customers to identify pain points and opportunities, and establish solutions to address those opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in order to define the best possible solution
  • Establishing and owning the team’s product roadmap based on customer insights and business opportunities
  • Defining and prioritizing the team’s product backlog for product enhancements
  • Delivering the right product to the right users
  • Partnering with an agile development team to manage the build scope to achieve the desired result
  • Slicing a product vision into small, actionable, and iterative phases to bring a product to market
  • Working with go-to-market teams to create and execute user adoption plans

Our development teams are mostly located on the US East Coast so you will need to work in Eastern Time (ET) business hours. Some travel will be required for customer and/or internal meetings (no more than 20%) after travelling becomes safe globally.

Must have

  • 3+ year(s) of Product Manager or Agile Product Owner experience
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching valuable products
  • A strong sense of ownership in your work
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Clear communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to lead and mentor large, complex teams and projects without direct authority

Nice to have

  • Experience developing roadmaps for both internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Experience in B2B products
  • Familiarity with technical acumen
  • Certified in Agile SDLC
