With a growing team and portfolio of customers on both sides of the pond, it’s time to super-charge our product engine and leadership team by bringing on an experienced Head of Product to drive a needle moving roadmap and product strategy.

About you

You’re a Product Leader with a strong product management background looking to join the leadership team of a mature technology start-up. You can bring people together (both customers and team members) to ideate, prototype and execute product hypotheses.

You have a relentless focus on market trends and customers’ pains and gains. You take responsibility for finding the critical priorities amongst a sea of great ideas and opinions. You know how to defend your roadmap while remaining open to adapting it when the market or customer research tells you to. And, of course, you have a passion for data and evidence-driven decisions.

You’re keen to work with our engineers, data scientists and customer success analysts, who are passionate about the results our technology delivers for our customers. You love to be the Sherpa that guides us to solve the problems that matter most for our clients, so we can make the biggest difference to how they manage risk.

Your experience

You possess a strong product management toolkit and know how to choose the right tools for the job. You used JTBD, user story mapping, value proposition design and product roadmaps to innovate and improve products continuously.

You are familiar with Agile and Lean development principles and processes. You have some experience practising Scrum or Kanban. Working with Jira, Confluence or ProdPad will also come in handy.

You’ll have ideally worked with a variety of business models e.g. SaaS, on-prem, B2B, B2C. You worked closely with a variety of stakeholders and team members, from executives to engineers. You’re adept at facilitating brainstorming and prioritization sessions, with customers, prospects and SMEs.

The package

£60-£75k depending on experience and qualifications, inclusive of salary, options, bonus and benefits.
