Group Product Manager – Web Properties and Personalization

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is the leading small business accounting cloud platform serving three types of customers, and the ecosystems around them: Small Businesses, Accountants and Developers. QBO is at the center of Intuit’s strategy, building the operating system behind small businesses worldwide.

We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the strategy and technical vision for several aspects of this product including the global quickbooks.com landing pages, associated content pages, the sign-up funnel and in-product messaging to existing subscribers. Your job will be to lead, coach and mentor a team of product managers to create a world-class, adaptive and personalized experiences which serve as the front door to our product suite.

Responsibilities:
Prioritization of quickbooks.com features and associated roadmap(s).
Nexus of communication and planning between marketers, designers, data analysts and engineers. Ability to lead each of these audiences with confidence and authority.
Lead instrumentation and analysis of A/B testing and site metrics to drive prioritization.
Constant focus on helping junior product managers become superstars and helping senior PMs evolve into cross-organizational leaders.
Ensure site and related properties have consistent look and feel with associated web apps, products and marketing collateral.
Implement self-service and self-publishing controls for changing and updating content, modules, tracking instrumentation and test cell allocation by non-technical team members.
Ensure data output associated with all features are clearly and reliably recorded, assessed and used to drive future iteration.
Drive succinct set of global templates which balance creative freedom and engineering efficiency.
Recruiting and hiring top product management talent.

Qualifications:
10+ years Product Management experience including people management.
WWW experience at global scale including both depth in the associated tech stack, design aesthetic and refined user experience empathy and sensibilities.
Proven track record of pushing complex, revenue-impacting features and products to closure in a web environment.
Ability to quickly establish credibility with software engineers and architects (C.S. degree or equivalent experience).
Excellent communication skills. Ability to cater messages to audience including all levels of the organization (from executives to software engineers at implementation level).
Ability to drive teams toward a shared vision with velocity, and possess an indomitable bias toward action in the face of ambiguity.
Comfortable defining and owning the accountability related to a portfolio of work which contains both incremental gains and game-changing big bets.
Business curiosity possibly expressed via an MBA.
Experience driving large cross-organizational projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding the data underpinnings of what it takes to personalize experiences on the web (cookies, tying outbound marketing to adaptive experiences, tracking user state, etc.).
Deep analytical bent, keen aesthetic sense and a web hacker at heart.
Experience with ecommerce sign-up flows a big bonus.
