We are looking for a Product Managers to join our growing product team at Sharechat, the biggest vernacular content platform in India, and we are growing every day. Job Duties:

Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact.
Work collaboratively with the team and stakeholders to develop a roadmap and a coherent product backlog that supports it. Continuously maintain, prioritize and iterate on this backlog.
Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a wide range of audiences, from internal stakeholders to all ShareChat employees

Skills/Experiences:

4+ years of work experience in a product management team.
Believe in fundamental thinking. We love candidates who think by first principles
Core product management experience is nice to have, but in either case you need to think hard about the question “Why do you want to be a product manager?”
You’re familiar with iterative development principles and practices, including breaking large product goals into small, achievable slices for early and frequent delivery
Ability to work with engineers and designers to deliver products and metrics.

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
