We are looking for a Product Manager to join us on a fixed term contract. In this role you will help build the future of the online presence of our brand and other group digital platforms. You will own digital products and be involved in strategy, planning and continuous improvement plans. Working with internal and external teams to ensure the customer and internal stakeholder requirements are successfully defined and implemented across a number of digital products (apps, websites etc.)
Main responsibilities
Digital team business product owner for a selection of digital assets such as the magazine and benefits online experience, apps, MySaga and other future digital spaces
Develop product vision, features and requirements. Framing customer needs, product problems, opportunities and benefits
Fully understanding the product proposition and it’s competitive and customer environments
Passionate about customers’ needs and desires
Be the point person owning the digital platform and be the main business contact for decisions, ongoing improvements and measurement
Working with external third parties to assess partnerships and solutions
Report on product success, preparing short-term and long terms reports and analysis, answering questions and requests
The Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience of managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast paced, competitive environment
Proven experience in running beta and pilot programmes with early-stage products
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
