Associate Product Manager, Digital Health & Research (Remote)

Full-Time Anywhere

As an Associate Product Manager, you work cross-functionally to lead products from vision to delivery by connecting the business and technical worlds.  You create product road-maps that align to business strategy and break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You gather and distill requirements from users, with a focus on both the business need and the user experience.

 

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Lead the discovery, development, and delivery of assigned product(s)
  • Create the principles for desired production functionality and designs, and make real-time decision to ensure the projects are on track to meet business goals
  • Proactively identify ideas to improve products and increase engagement
  • Represent the voice of the customer and balancing business priorities as the Product Owner on an Agile SCRUM team
  • Create wireframes, product requirements, and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback
  • Write customer-centric user stories, ranking and prioritizing them within the product backlog
  • Manage objectives and key results; make data-driven decisions
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • 2+ years working in healthcare / life sciences field
  • Experience with clinical data management and/or medical record management
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Solid understanding of data protection policies like HIPAA and privacy compliance governing cloud-based technologies
  • Comfortable with Jira and other product management tools

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field
  • 2+ years as a product manager and/or product owner with demonstrated success taking a product from strategy to adoption
  • Knowledge of technology and understanding of the product development cycle in an agile environment
  • Understanding of UX principles and applications
  • Excellent problem identification, analysis, and solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly effective at facilitation and leading by influence
