We are looking for an experienced senior / lead product manager to deliver a world-class digital product portfolio for the Natural History Museum, in support of our bold new mission to substantially grow national and global audiences across all digital platforms whilst supporting ambitious digital revenue targets. The applicant will have deep Product management experience, with a successful track record of delivering highly successful consumer products for another cultural institution or in an adjacent sector, for example media and publishing. The lead Product manager will manage the Product Management team, who will work across the digital product portfolio. The Lead Product Manager will also be expected to take a hands-on role, managing some of the portfolio directly and leading a product delivery team. The applicant will have a successful track record in working in an agile / lean environment, using testing and experimentation to inform decision making, assessed against measurable criteria. The applicant will also be comfortable working in a collaborative and fast paced environment, leading teams to success.
The Lead Product Manager will report into the Chief Digital and Product Officer.
Salary: £65,000 per annum plus benefits
