Full-Time New York City, NY, USA Salary: $90,000-$120,000

Revelle is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of their upcoming roadmap and manage its execution. This role will be in charge of prioritizing, managing, and monitoring product updates — from new feature development to bug fixes. An ideal candidate has worked closely with engineering teams in the past and can easily transition between conversations about the technical details to strategic vision.

This role will:

  • Manage relationship with external engineering team, including leading all communications and project management
  • Write business requirements and engineering specs for all new projects that will be executed by engineering team, including creating wireframes for frontend updates
  • Work closely with Founder to prioritize engineering work including new features, product enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Break down strategic goals into buildable pieces to improve efficiency of website
  • Own day-to-day performance of Revelle website, including regular audits and analytics
  • Collaborate with external engineering team to ensure they have all context to effectively complete their work and feel a part of the Revelle team
  • Work closely with marketing and social teams to assess user feedback that will directly impact the design and prioritization of new features
  • Establish infrastructure for ongoing reporting needs so that we can track member behavior and retention on the platform
  • Be a strategic partner with the Founder & CEO, helping shape the culture of the team from day one to create a company that people absolutely love working for

An ideal candidate:

  • Has experience working at a startup, preferably a tech-driven, consumer-focused brand
  • Is a critical thinker to the extreme — your friends probably get annoyed by how often you ask the question ‘why?’
  • Is excited to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the weeds
  • Seamlessly transitions between strategic and technical conversations to drive execution
  • Has built or been involved in constructing personalization algorithms
  • Has personal experience with the clothing fit problem Revelle is trying to solve
  • Is a lifelong learner, always seeking to acquire new skills when presented with an unknown challenge
