Into Film is an education charity that puts film at the heart of children and young people’s development. Over half of UK schools engage with our programme of film clubs, cinema screenings, resources and training.
Main functions of the Product Manager (CRM):
- Lead the continued adoption and development of the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management system within Into Film, leading on the delivery of new features, workflows and integrations.
- Work with the digital product team, technology team and departments across Into Film to ensure the platform is delivering maximum value across the organisation.
- Responsible for understanding business processes, user experiences and customer lifecycles to advise and recommend new and improved ways of working through use and development of Salesforce.
The successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and the ability to configure Salesforce to meet organisational needs, especially reporting and dashboard management; they will have experience of engaging with users and of monitoring and reporting measurable performance targets.
