We are looking for a mid to senior-level Product Owner with enterprise experience to join our Innovation Team leading software products for industry-leading clients. Product Owners are directly responsible for the success of a product, making sure that the product checks all the boxes from both the business and customer/user perspectives. They also actively search and uncover SWOTs, to ensure the product keeps moving onward and upward throughout its lifecycle. Their ability to navigate enterprise ecosystems enables them to gain requirements from key stakeholders, architecture, and UX. The Product Owner is an external-facing function that plays a key role in the ideation, development, marketing, selling, and support of a product. The ideal candidate is a product polymath who can solve problems in various domains, from business to UX, to parsing technical nuances within an engineering organization. They rely on their solid product strategy and visual information design skills that allow them to interface with business and software development teams directly.

 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, designers, architects, quality assurance, and operations.
Ability to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on new features or roadmap items leverage.
Analyze the roadmap regularly for backlog health. Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.
Ability to answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities, assessing and addressing technical risks.
Ability to understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.

 

Job responsibilities

Directing, contributing, coordinating, reviewing, and approving all product management-related activities, including the support of Scrum ceremonies with team leaders, and discovery activities, to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team supporting the client.
Define requirements with product analysis by detailing product and system requirements, procedural changes, and establishing and coordinating new product launches.
Explores and analyzes portfolio product enhancement and new product kick-off within a scaled agile ecosystem. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations. Understand, research, and follow industry trends.
Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the teams. Leads the Product Team on long-term product strategies and road maps. Guides the team with visual information design artifacts, including Epic & Story Maps and product walkthroughs.
Coordinate and use metrics with tools such as Google Analytics to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

Bachelor’s Degree.
5 years of experience in an enterprise product leadership role with product management and analytics skills.
